Definitely. Their style is kind of like A Tribe Called Quest. They don't have many albums, but I always liked their name. Also, their most famous track, Rebirth of Slick (Cool Like Dat), I think fits your painting/video well.

They are some SKILLS in MS Paint... whenever I try to do anything with MS Paint I just draw blobs and weird...crap... that makes no sense.
I guess, last time I used MS Paint was when I was 10... hmm... I bet I still suck. I use PaintShop Pro 8 and Photoshop CS nowadays.
