Has the straight 8 got a vacuum fuel pump? Does fuel go in the top or bottom chamber? Trying to figure out this Nash Vacuum fuel pump I have, not sure which goes in which.

I've got 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 cylinders. Is the suprise engine a feulie motor? My grandfather had one in a drag car back in '62-ish.
