Does your opponent consistently get smash missiled from a dash away?

Is this a consistent set up?

If you do the "missle -> Dair -> jablock -> downsmash" you'll easily build up 64% damage.
Any other suggestions what to do at the end, i usually end with the downsmash but haven't tested that on real people yet ;/
