  • meanwhile a billion dollars goes to the new world order puppet suckavilli in georgia

  • This is actually why free market is not the answer for everything.

A government FOR the people will spend the revenue on public infrastructure, health care, housing, welfare, education and everything people NEED. These things should not be FOR PROFIT.

  • rasjahjah, now that would not surprise me.

  • That is why we are not a democracy. We are a republic relying on most people obeying the law of the land.

Are you calling yourself a bad person? If you don't want to pay for others now, under the penalty of law, what are the chances that you will do it voluntarily? And what happens when you don't have the resource? When it between you or them? They die?

  • No offence but your view is very short sighted. Charity works for charitable issues. Policing, public works, hospitals, education, consumer safety etc are not possible by charity. You could live in the hills away from the civilized world until something happened where you needed the services of a government infrastructure.

  • only if people don't care enough to help them but democracy relies on most people being good and if that's true then the sick and old will be ok and if its not then we're screwed anyway. The diffidence is that every individual will be constantly assessing the value of their charity as opposed to once every four years having to compromise and still only having a 50/50 chance of having your concerns addressed.

  • Does your community build highways and rail roads? Does your community provide health care? Does your community provide retirement? Does your community have its own universities?

You are not paying for anyone. You are paying the interest that the government owes to the FED. But that is another topic all together.

So in your perfect republic, all the old people who can't work, all the disabled people who can't work, all the sick people who can't work, will just become homeless and die?

  • How would a government know how to prioritize these thing better than an individual or individual community. How much money should I pay for some one to live below see level? It is only for individuals to decide what they value more. Some has to work for all these thing.

  • minor point, but in the name of full diclosure, should it not have been mentioned that at least some of the video clips were NOT of katrina?
