Fall Foliage Report from the West Virginia Mountains

The fall foliage has not completely changed in the West Virginia mountains. The tops of the mountains have changed but the lower the elevation the less the tree foliage has changed. Looks like it will be another 10-14 days before all of the foliage has changed throughout the mountains. However, unfortunately for those looking for a uniform change it may not be this year, as once the other leaves have changed it may be that the tops of the mountains have lost most of their leaves.
