That just statistically doesn't happen as your getting older.

Nobody is saying that Bonds is not one of the greatest ever...but unfortunately he did take performance enhancing drugs.

And allegedly at the time he took them...it wasn't illegal...so why would he lie even if he DID take them.

a part of baseball has died without barry. It's not the same anymore watching the game. & why isn't a rod suspected of steroids he has gotten bigger and pujols has already gone bald? why do people use barry as the scapegoat and say hes a bad guy. I have met him and his son & nikolai is going to be the same size. Have you people ever heard of fast metabolism? Just because he wears baggy clothes and his metablolism has slowed down doesn't mean he cheated. he has never failed a drug test.

@Brianbellusci Because you brought up his stats. Before he took steroids he was the best at drawing walks already. He could steal bases, get on bases, hit home runs, play defense. Without steroids I think he wold have been considered the best 5 tool player of all time.

@jphizzal I'm on your side man, I think Barry was the best to ever play the game, his on base was rediculous. For all of those that know about advanced baseball stats, Barry's WAR or wins above replacement also is among the greatest ever. He probably wouldn't have hit as many homeruns without the juice but that doesn't take away from his other accomplishments, the only thing that is negative is he never won a championship.
