In preparation for the Olympic Qualifying matches, which will all be played on an artificial surface, the U.S. WNT is getting in a few trainings on the fake stuff.

It's called Bind-Pro Turf and has the highest GMAC rating than natural grass.

@gringofreestyler but their not a Technical team they cnt keep the ball that well so they just try to out power n out pace the other teams so on turf I don't see them having any benefit

Turf should benefit the more technical teams. If it is good turf, the ball will roll faster and smoother making the teams with the more technical passing and dribbling more effective. Bounces from long passes or punts can be odd on turf. It will definitely bounce higher. I wonder why none of them think to wear turf shoes. They will get just as good or maybe better footing, and turf shoes will give you better control on the ball.
