Android Home Replacements - my thoughts on Sweeter Home App

appghetto.com ... free apps.. no craps... Quick explanation of what Sweeter Home has to offer. It is the Beta version for Android 2.0 and later. I've tried every home replacement, & this one may be the most buggy and confusing, but without a doubt has the most potential to be very special.

@ROYALTYx6 i think it's a setting, show or hide notification bar. not sure where it is cause i did a reset on my Eris and havent re-installed sweeter home

so what is this exactly, is it an unlock for the incredible, i saw the macfinder icon, how do you get all this stuff on that, its like a jailbroken ipod,

@H3Hghostsniper By iPhone standards, Android is already "jailbroken". "rooting" android lets u do things like install programs as system apps, and activate GPS by text. so, this is called a Home Replacement. Your Incredible comes with 2 "homes" - Android's default home and HTC Sense, which runs over android. Home looks like MotoDroid basically. HR's allow u to run a different interface instead of Sense. These homes are totally customizable. There are alot of HR's but only 5-10 good ones.

finally a launcher that lets you customize things any way you want! i hate being stuck to that stupid grid layout. i wanna be able to smoothly position my widgets and whatnot.

@arcadeidiot3 Well considering that they added a "Security" feature that deletes apps off of their app store AND Your phone. Its a bit of a privacy issue. And the iPhone 4g is not open source. therefore, Nobody can hack into your iPhone. But they can do it to your Android.

@loganmonster1996 LOL a jailbroken iphone does not even come close to a NON rooted droid what makes you think it can touch a full root droid?

@nickrock2323 Atleast the iphone and itouch are almost waterproof. And when jailbroken they beat this thing by Alot.
