In these case the Wildlife Warriors are the Danish Defence Forces which has turned Green. And how some of Europe's most endangered species are fighting back with the help of the Danish Army
FYI if the Danish Defence Force wasnt stepping up to defend Denmarks rare and endangered species there would be know Stalks, European Tree frogs, Corn Crakes, vital migatory bird breeding grounds, old growth wetlands, living peat bogs there would be just farm land and pine plantations
maybe the below nay-sayers should bother watching all the episodes before passing negative judgment on a positive story... i have found that being informed and educated on ANY subject matter is a vital step away from ignorance, and arrogance ons
As a former user of the training area, I can tell all people here who thinks this it hypocrisy. That the restrictions posted on our maneuverability due to protected areas where quite annoying at times. But we respected it. I was a crew member on a tank, and we always drove on the assigned tracks. And the live fire is restricted to a small area of dunes. If you think of the training necessary to our soldiers, I think they do a good job keeping the impact on nature to a minimum.
National Wildlife Refuges are no guarantee of preservation either. Wildlife Reserves in Africa are losing their wildlife to hungry refugees. Mega-corporations eye pristine areas for development. As long as the population of humans expands, the population of wildlife and their habitats will decline.
the military is "practicing environmentally friendly methods"
for i all know, military = people, guns, bombs, and tanks.
now, how is the military going to be environmentally friendly, when you will be using guns, and bombs that contain a lot of harmful chemicals. 3:16, notice the tanks, and notice the ground- that's at least 10 acres right there.
-Monroediddly is right, it's total HYPOCRISY!
If the Danish wants to protect this land, then make it a National LIFE REFUGE.
its a pity more countries dont take defending ALL there inhabitants human and nonhuman as seriously
