Oswald complains about police identification procedures. He doesn't like having a bruised eye and white T-shirt while getting his arrest photo and line-up (different from other subjects). Oswald is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Oswald left his wedding ring in a tea cup before leaving for work on 11-22-63. His co-worker saw him bring "curtain-rods" to work on 11-22-63. Witnesses saw a rug in the garage with a rifle in it before the assassination. The rug was empty after the assassination. A rifle was found in the 6th Floor Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) upon investigation by police. Oswald worked in the TSBD. Co-workers witnessed him send the elevator back down when he went to the 6th floor. Upon investigation, police found that Oswald purchased the rifle from mail-order. Oswald was a former Marine with experience firing rifles. Oswald went to the boarding room to change clothing to avoid detection and get a handgun which he used to murder a police officer when stopped. Eyewitnesses observed Oswald murder Police Officer Tippet when he stopped Oswald for investigation of the assassination. Oswald discarded clothing during his flight through Irving to thwart identification based on flash description by eyewitnesses after he murdered the police officer. Paraffin tests showed Oswald recently fired a handgun. Oswald's prints were on the rifle. Witnesses observed a man fire a rifle from the sixth floor of the TSBD. Eyewitnesses positively identified Oswald in police line-ups. Oswald had a history of being a communist and Castro sympathizer. Oswald had an "odd-ball" personality with a dysfunctional childhood and was a loner. Oswald is clearly guilty of murdering the President and a Police Officer. Further investigation by authorities showed that he previously fired shots at General Walker and told his wife about it. There is absolutely nothing exculpatory about Oswald's conduct. What is not clear is whether he acted alone or as part of a conspiracy. Oswald's demeanor here, in this video, shows the pattern of pre-meditated murder in Oswald's mind. He seems to be attempting to lay the groundwork for his defense for his subsequent trial that was to come. Here he attempts to show errors in police procedure and give fuel to his attorney's motion to dismiss the line-up evidence for trial. This is a clear pattern of this man that has a definite criminal mind. He already knew the name of the ACLU attorney that he wanted to represent him. He was a warped individual; he knows very well that the evidence is stacked against him but he somehow thinks he can tight-rope his way through the charges in court and "beat the system" based on a defense that it is mere cicumstantial evidence. However, this scenario quickly fell part when eyewitnesses clearly saw him murder Tippet. This was not part of Oswald's plan. I have visited Dallas and done the research. Those that think that Oswald had no role in the double murders of our President and a Police Officer and did not fire a rifle from the TSBD are grossly misguided. Those that believe he is innocent have not applied logical thinking in this matter. These nay-sayers have no explanation for the evidence against Oswald. Additional evidence has indicated the possibility of a conspiracy; but at no time has it indicated Oswald's innocence.
