@regojo23 Do workouts that JUST target the abs for like 30 minutes. go to the youtube page named ScottHermanFitness, and find your way to his ab workouts. In a month of every weekday working out AND eating right, you will get it.

bro ive been trying to get a 6 pack for the longest fucking time. HOW DO YOU DO IT?! I've been lifting hard for 4 years and i came close to a 6 pack but never got it. Can you give me some advice?

@marksmith46 working out becomes a hobby and habit, you get to a point where it doesnt feel like "a big chunk of time and effort" its just apart of your life that you love doing, just like your hobby is trolling and hating on other peoples videos

I like how people insult these guys as vain, and narcissistic when they themselves probably are too lazy to exercise themselves, so they become bitter towards people who do put the effort in, and hate giving credit because it makes them feel all the more miserable that they lack the motivation to do anything.
