Chapter 5: Jealousy -Just Around the Corner

End of Flashback—

*The next day at school**Thursday*

Taylor sees Joe talking to Chelsea

Taylors P.o.V

Why in the world is he talking to her! She basically told me off at lunch yesterday and Joe saw it, but he must have not realized what she said to me. Oh well Ill talk to him later at lunch.
She gets nearer and nearer to Chelsea and Joe

Joes P.o.V

Chelsea: Joe can we make up I miss you! Come here give me a hug! *leans in to Joe to give him a hug, but Joe pushes her out of his way, he sees Taylor coming towards them*

Joe: Chelsea no sorry I wont youre my friend and all but what you did yesterday at lunch made me think twice about being your friend but I think I have to because Emily is inviting you to her party, but Im not sure yet. You really need to get a grip on yourself or else you will lose everyone who cares about you.

Chelsea: Well fine if thats what its goin to be like Ill leave you- oh wait theres Taylor- kisses joe smack on the mouth!

Joe: *tries to push her off of him but he cant because she pinned him against his locker*

Taylors P.o.V

Dont cry he may be kissing her out of guilt. I kept thinking that as I walked passed Joe and Chelsea. Cry until you can get to a bathroom and text Emily to the rescue. Is what I was thinking the whole way to class I couldnt believe what I just saw! I thought that Joe actually liked me liked me, but apparently he was playing his games. Like always. I should have known that I couldnt trust him it was easy to tell that he was gonna go back to Chelsea. BUT WHY DID HE HAVE TO SHOW ME OFF LIKE THAT!!
I got to the girls bathroom nearest to my English class where me and Em have class together. Once I got in a stall I cried and cried trying to get through the horrible pain seeing Joe and Chelsea kiss since the first time they broke up but it seems to me that they got back together. I finally texted Em saying that I needed her assistance in the girls bathroom near the English hallway.

I got a text ten seconds later:

Be there as soon I can

I knew I could count on her within ten minutes she was in the stall with me, talking to me to try to get out of the stall and wipe my face off. By the time I calmed down I was ready to tell her everything that I saw with Joe and Chelsea.

Emily: So tell me why you are crying your heart out let me guess its Joe. It is and Ill kill him for hurting you like he is doin right now.

Taylor: Aww Emz Im fine, but Joe seems more than fine. He was kissing Chelsea out in the hall before I got in the bathroom.

Emily: Ooo that boy is gonna get a talking to when we see him at lunch.

Taylor: Oh no, Im not seeing that bastard at lunch. I dont need him right now any way.

Emily: Oh yes you are, you never know , maybe he was actually trying to get away from her but when she saw you coming she had to do something that would hurt you to get back at you for stealing her man.

Taylor: Doubt it he looked like he enjoyed it.

Emily: You never know. I still think you need to talk to him

Taylor: Fine Ill talk to him but I can promise you that I wont like it unless he tells me something I can believe.

Emily: That sounds okay to me but if he says something that you dont believe and you take it overboard I will talk to Joe to see whats up and if its what I think it is, you will need to apologize to him right away. Will you do that for me?

Taylor: Sure. Lets just get to class. I need to do something other than cry over Joe

Emily: You promise right?

Taylor: Yes! Now stop asking me that please. *I hate when I get annoyed at her, when I know that what she is doing is trying to help me*

Emily: Youre annoyed at me arent you?

Taylor: Yes but Ill get over it Im just really upset right now.

We entered class and I was 20 minutes late to a 42 min. class!

Emily got off easy because she wasnt late but I on the other hand got two detentions and a day of misery.
