  • Hey Andrea, fluid retention and pooling is a big problem for office workers. Number one I would use a box under your desk to raise your feet.

    Second I would make sure you get up at least every hour (make an excuse of needing to use the ladies or go get some water). When you do go to the bathroom, take a couple of minutes to do a set of squats to encourage blood flow in the legs.

    Primarily you must focus on drinking at least 1 litre of water per 50lbs of body weight to flush fluid retention

    I was trying to do the first excersice where we lay on our sides and when i tried to do that first excersise it hurt my hips, and the side of my belly is that normal? by the way I am 23 weeks pregnant.

  • I tried doing these excersices, they work just fine,I just don't know how I would manage without them:). I have a small problem tho, I m starting to have swollen ankles , since I work in an office and I do not move around a lot. I could use some advice , if you have any regarding this matter:)
