i very much like gym

i went to cardiff gym, which i aint been too for ages !
and i decided to make the most of it by learning some new tricks, get some stuff better and just making the most of the gym itself.
was an awesome day !!
there was soo many more things i done that day, but i just could't be arsed to film :)

il be uploading another vid from that day soon, with my main man mike in it !
