Things Change Chap. 3

*Story here*
Recap: Sarah and Nick kissed but Nick is still engaged to Selena. =( Sarah just got a call and she was NOT happy.

Sarah's POV:
"I'm going to eat in my room." I picked up my plate and started walking across the kitchen, when I heard my phone ring. I grabbed it from my pocket and looked at the caller-ID. I stopped dead in my tracks and screamed and dropped my plate. NO! HOW COULD HE FIND ME!? I mean he followed me to Arizona but he didn't know I moved back.

"What's wrong!?" Nick asked concerned. On second thought....."Hello?" I picked up the phone and the same creppy voice answered back.

"Hey Babe!! It's Clayton! I heard you moved back. Why didn't you tell me? I was worried sick waiting for you." We aren't even together you nimrod! You just stalk me, "Well, I'm sorry. I finished school and moved back. I thought I told you!" He sighed, "No you didn't but It's all good baby! So, I am having a party at my place, well, my old house in L.A. Oh, yeah forgot to tell you, I moved back to!" CRAP! "Cool!! So, is it tonight or tomorrow?" He laughed, "Tomorrow. I'm just now getting off the plane." I laughed, "Oh, cool!" Ugh, this guy is a stalker soooo WHY am I talking to him!!! OH yeah, NICK! "And the rest of the gang can come to!" Gang? OH! Kevin, Bekka, Sam, Nick, and Joe! "Oh ok! I'll make sure to tell them. Well gotta go bye!" "Bye, Love you" I hung up.

No way was I gonna tell that nimrod that I loved him when I loved Nick. I turned around to see a confused Joe and Nick. Ahh, yes. The confused 'what the heck' look. Nick looked down at the spegetti splattered on the floor and then back to me. "Oh, um, sorry. I thought it was someone different. Well, Clayton moved back from Arizona to and he is having a party tomorrow and said it was fine if you guys, Sam, Bekka, and Kevin came to! So do you want to go?"

Nick's POV:
Hmm, maybe this could work to my advantage. I get all lovey-dovey with Selena, Sarah come crawling back! Wait, did she just say CLAYTON!? "Wait," I started, "Isn't Clayton the one that stalked you ALL the way to Arizona!?" She sighed, wow, she looked beautiful when she sighed, what am I saying! Selena, Nick, SELENA!! "Well, yes, he is. But I am willing to forgive and forget. I mean it's not like he held me at gunpoint! So is that a yes? And before you ask, yes, Selena can come along." I looked at Joe and he nodded, "Ok, we'll go. But only cause your begging." I smiled at her.

Sarah's POV:
Ahh, there he goes trying to be sexy again and boy was it working! I love the way he smiles. It just makes my heart melt. I was holding back the urge to just jump on him there but I held myself back. "Ok." My voice cracked, I cleared it and tried agian, "That's cool. I'll go tell Bekka and Sam and you guys can tell Kevin. I'm gonna go to bed now. Night!" I looked at the clock, only 7:30pm. Shoot.

I walked up to my room and changed. I grabbed the bag that Nick had earlier and took out the pictures I sat there on my bed looking at them for what seemed hours, was only minutes. "You know you can still when he back. It's not to late." I jumped and looked up to see Joe. Man, he is soooo snoopy!! "Joe, stop doing that! And," I sighed, "Yeah, it is. He's engaged Joe there is nothing I can do!" My eyes started watering. "Well, what's he supposed to do!? I mean, you left him." I looked surprised at him. Does he NOT remember why I left!?

"Joe, do you remember why I left!? I left to protect him. It was only 2 years. I sacraficed my OWN happiness for HIM! He said he would wait and he does this!?" Tears started rolling down my cheeks, "If you don't remember correctly, Kevin and Bekka were kidnapped because of me!! Miley took them thinking it was me and NICK! So don't stand there and put the blame on me! I'm sick of people doing that!" He sighed, "Sarah I wasn't putting the blame on y-" I yelled, "JOE!! JUST STOP!" I sat down on my bed and put my head in my hands.

"Why?" I asked the question I had been wondering all day "He was supposed to wait, why?" I started balling. Joe came and sat down next to me and gave me a hug, "Sarah, it's ok." I cried into his chest. I had been through so much. My phone rang again and I looked at the caller-ID. Mom!? "Hello?" I picked up my phone whiping my nose and eyes, "Is this Sarah Stevenson, Sherri Stevenson's daughter?" I was confused, "Yes it is."

"Well, I need you to come down to St. Francis hospital. Your mom got into a car accident and is in cridical condition and we need you down here." I screamed, "WHAT!? Ok! I'll be there in 5 minutes. Bye!" I hung up the phone, "Get out Joe I have to change!" "Why!?" "Just grab Nick and start my car!" I thorugh the keys at him, "WELL! HURRY!!" I slamed my door and started changing. NO NO NO!!! I finished changing and sprinted out of the house. I jumped in the passenger seat, "St. Francies and hurry!" Things are just not going my way!
