If you're struggling, try some of these ping-pong techniques that I am using. In particular, you should absolutely mimic my serve especially if you typically serve a very slow ball. Improving your serve can be done with an hour of practice ( depending on your athleticness )
The backhands in this video are excessive, but it is also to prove a point and show you how I do it fairly easily.

I think the forearm shot in this game is broken. That is why I use backhand for the most part.

@jasonnov118 hmm, i love backhand cause I play like that a lot in real life, but I think the forehand shot in this game is vicious. I think it works, maybe it's just playing style/timing. because man you can BLAST some forehands ( and backhands for that matter ). booya

Hello Booya, I just turned 16 and got a PS3 with the Move and also this game and I really love the table tennis. I have a question, how do I make short shots? I see some opponents doing it and I would also like to learn. Thanx!

@hano15 just pretend you are hitting a short shot just like in 'real life' . table tennis is also my favorite mode, followed very closely by disc golf ! Congrats on your ps3 move !! I'd also recommend you check out my home run derby with the move playing mlb the show .. now that was fun as heck ! Booya
