@Airbus294 Medical procedures, yes, because children aren't expected to understand the known risks of medical procedures. There are NO known risks from being an organ doner, so a child's decision really is as valid as an adult's.
-
@Airbus294 having a medical procedure is a bit different to donating your organs ater you've died. There are risks associated with medical procedures that children can't be expected to understand or appreciate. Donating your organs holds no risk.
-
@attemptingfreedom But kids aren't old enough to choose to have themselves mutilated. Parents are supposed to consent to medical procedures.

We urges all countries to stop the inhumane medico-judicial sentences of brain death finalised to explants.
Why it is commonly condemned the death penalty on criminals and people is lead by instituonal propaganda to accept both the sentence of “brain death” and the execution by explant of innocent people with cerebral damage due to accidents or illness?

@Dedokai32 I needed a kidney till I got a transplant. When I was on dialysis the last thing I wanted to do was appear on TV. Plus, how can you show the deterioration of someone who needs an organ without using fancy framework? You talked about it being saddening, that's what ill health is like!
-
that's sad@birdman3120

don't tell me what's sad and what needs a reason, there's nothing wrong with the boy in this except the addition of fancy framework. If they want you to help then try the genuine approach use someone real who needs help not propaganda @birdman3120

@Dedokai32 Needing an organ is sad. If you feel guilty there is a reason for that.
-
@timecatchersprojects It's not pushing you to do anything, it's raising awareness.

@letseewhathappens101 Needing an organ is sad, it's not a bundle of laughs, believe me!
I cried when watching this advert the first few times, but it's reality this is what happens. My dad was given a kidney but they couldn't attach it so he can't get a transplant. I would do anything to give him a kidney but I need mine, as his disease is hireditary. Please sign up for organ donation and save a life. I would sign up but as I am just sixteen do I need my parents consent?
