  • also.. mine was steamed, dose that do something to the texture or something?

  • When you steam, the texture is light. Thai and Lao custards are steamed. When you bake, the texture is rich. If it tastes like scrambled egg, you probably missed a step. Full instructions are on my web site.

  • You need to drain the mixture girl! or else its will not be very smooth! (oh well)
