I've heard many more polished versions, but I absolutely love the unrefined genuine joyousness of this version as much, if not more, than those.

@MsBluebooboo Thanks. Glad you're catching this as well as other items of Appalachian culture. BTW, I see you're a Julie London fan. She was originally from Santa Rosa, about 40 miles from where I live in Northern California.
