This isn't the LX, this is the Neo Flex Extend, which is a slightly different version of the Neo Flex. The LX looks and operates nothing like this.

I continue to love the Ergotron. Mine has given perfect service under hard use for over two years now. My monitor floats beside my home work station. I recline in a Lafuma chair = comfort, good health. This arm is so well engineered, it's surprising that today the Ergotron people have now introduced an even better LX model, sleeker, stronger.
