Launched in 2008 by three HLS students, Project No One Leaves is a canvassing effort designed to help former owners and tenants stay in their homes after foreclosure.
Each week, students gather the list of newly filed foreclosures in Boston, create a database, and organize students from HLS and eight other Boston-area law schools and colleges to knock on those doors and inform the homeowners and tenants of their legal rights.
@TomLandryHwy Don't worry. I understand what you mean. (:

@TheSanguineOne Fair enough, I did not mean to undermine or not give creedance to such a good virtue as being determined to help people in desperate need. Certainly the community needs these people. I tone down my severity and overlooked a great point .. But you see I work for the FHA HAMP program and i am shocked by the entitle minded attitude of people needing a handout as well as their horrible sense of financial responsibility and frivolous habbits.

@TomLandryHwy By "determined," I meant that they had their eye on their prize and were competitive. I myself don't support their views in entirety.
Really, I just cared that they were Harvard students . . . They're determined and competitive anyway, and I value those two qualities. I could not have cared less about this specific cause.

Let these houses go into foreclosure , the borrower is just going to limp along and more than likely fail again. I don't want my US Tax dollars being sucked into these modifcation programs. i'm not paying for these irresponsible borrowers because of their oversight and greed. Down with entitlement society. let self reliance rule and make us strong and wise. Stop these mods and lets start all with the new salt we now have tasted.
