@MrSpeelns4luzarz close 1963 is where hope idaho in the game was a military town and they was making a virus to attack certain ethic groups meaning diffrent races and stuff like that but when they releast it it started to mutat people and stuff and then the military found elizbeth greene (voice actor is from disney channels zack & codys mother) a girl pregnant at the time gave birth to a boy and the scientists named him pariah and gave greene the codename mother
