  • @Jeri321 Well, I don't think you can simply dismiss the exodus account as myth simply because of its supernatural elements. If that were the case, then in order to be consistent, this would also discredit many pagan accounts as well, including those of the Egyptians that are widely agreed to contain reliable historical information. Whatever one thinks about miracles, sources of historical significance should be judged by the evidence and by their consistency with available data.

  • @Jeri321 there is a great documentary called "Exodus Revealed" on itbn. org that is more of an archaeological quest than a religious one, it starts in Goshen and ends at Mt Sinai. it is a GOOD ONE! and has alot of actual footage of these places..

  • I cannot find Ramses in my bible anywhere!

  • The narrator is taking the religious stuff too seriously. What I am interested is how the myth might have been generated. But i guess in a country with 100 million literally bible belivers, even serious historian documentary makers have to pretend turning sticks into snakes might have really happened.

  • Ramesses II died at the age of 90 his mummy already found in Valley of the Kings

  • One of Amun-her-khepeshef's titles was commander-in-chief of the army and heir apparent. It's possible he led the Egyptian forces after the fleeing Hebrews and died in a battle with them as they were escaping.

  • The crossing of the Red Sea was actually the 'Reed' sea in the Hebrew texts, which means the Hebrews were crossing through marshes maybe even lakes on the exodus. The red sea was a mistranslation!

  • The Nile "turning to blood" was actually caused by heavy rains in the Ethiopian mts. driving red soil downriver which poisoned the water and killed the fish. This caused the Frogs to flee the polluted river.

  • @Benoitdanais Your six year old sister smarter than you....

  • ALL OF THE STATEMENTS BELOW SHOW HOW IGNORANT CAN SOMEONE B AN HOW ATTACHED THEY ARE TO THIS WORLD AND THEY WOULD ONLY BELIVE IN THIS WORLD AND NOTHING MORE
