@alwaysopen Yes, breeding pit bulls is a double edged sword. If you breed you are adding to the ever growing population of unwanted dogs, if you don't have good breeders then razor's edge and all of the other sick breeders will destroy the breed. But most good breeders will take a dog back if the family can no longer care for it, these dog's will not end up in a shelter so really no, you can't get a well bred ABPT in a shelter. You can get great dogs, but not well bred dogs.
