mein lieber malcolm. sei nicht boese, dass ich die kommentar-funktion ehrlich, aber nicht boes meinend nutze. ein 8minuten-vorbereitungsvideo für ein mooring-manoever ohne wind, mag anfaenger ein gutes gefuehl geben, dass man sich das ganze auch zutaut. steht dann ein anfaengerbei 15-20kn von der seite vor der selben situation, dann wird er erstens nicht 8 minuten zeit haben, zweitens wird er sich leichtsinnig in eine situation begeben haben, zu dem du ihn moeglicherweise animiert hast...

Hi there. I liked the prioritising of the shore lines, but this is a bit of a best case scenario though isn't it. Maybe go into detail at the beginning on picking your mooring spot, I'm amazed at how many people choose difficult places when there are much easier alternatives. Also, in reality your going to have to moor down wind at some point and thats where tuition is really needed.
