Drying zucchini is easy. Simpy pick, wash, and cut up into sections or slices. Then place them on a tray in your food dehydrator and let them cure for several hours as recommended by your dehydrator system. Once dry, simply place them in an air-tight container, preferable glass, and place them in a cool dry environment to enjoy long after the harvest season. See lots more tips on my website.
