I hate hearing that stuff is too fancy. If you can play fast licks in time and clean whats the problem. The people that say he over plays are the people that just can't do it.

In my opinion, why would you cover a tune with a goal of playing it like the original? Brad's guitar playing is what he's known for. It's always mind blowing and some people enjoy that. It's the reason I listen, quite frankly.

Why dont he just play it the way it is suppose to be played? in stead of trying to get fancy and mess it up.

What I mean is that there are a lot of guitar players with "real" genuine talent, but unfortunately, they don't get exposure in mainstream music. Paisley is has amazing talent, AND he's getting mainstream coverage. He's not just another 3-chord pretty boy promoted by the big labels - he's earned his place in the spotlight, and has the respect of other guitar players.
