The first one has some Kettlebell swings, Mace 360's, Pistols and Clubbell Mills. I did this at a relaxed pace five times. The 2nd combo "Kill Me Now" was a little more intense because it was done non-stop for speed. Chip Conrad from Bodytribe came up with that one. Give it a try!
** The video was supposed to slow down for the last round but I messed up editing and showed all 5 rounds and then the last round again at normal speed... I didn't cheat and take a break!
