At least over 4yrs ago me & 3 family members went to Pizza Express which is a formal restaurant. Next to us was a Dad, Mother & 2 kid daughters. The Dad kept winding them up doing all this teasing repeating nonsense (he may have been drunk). The girls kept laughing & it was so fucking annoying & the restaurant was already packed & already loud in the first place.
Gets annoying in public when kids run around/block isles entrances/exits. I almost trip over them because they are small lol
