:D It's really not. I didn't mark your comment as spam, so you know. I'm fine with criticism.

The underlying harmonic loop sounds vaguely like Okonkole Y Trompa from Jaco Pastorius first solo disc.

Too busy! You need to limit the amount of segments used. Other than that, nice job.

i have a question about fretless basses in general...ive heard your not supposed to slap on them because it will wear down the fingerboard, is that true?

While slapping can wear down the bottom edge of the fingerboard more than regular playing will, it is usually only by a very small degree more (unless you have a soft fingerboard wood, which you shouldn't have if it's on a fretless anyways).

as far as i know, for this reason fretless slappers tend to add a metallic cover to the end of the fingerboard... and it sounds great. never seen such though.

Yeah, a slap plate as their called. They apparently can reduce that bit of wear and add a bit of a metallic pin so it sounds a bit more like a fretted when slapping. Never tried one myself, and they're pretty rare to see.
