@sheenacastro LOL. 'registered' ang tawag sayo pag naka pasa ka sa board exam. like registered nurse. ang nursing, accountancy, engineering tawag yun sa mga students.. so di talga mali pag sinabing "psychology student" .....pero ang 'isa po akong psychology' is totally erroneous. LOL

I'm not a fan of Marian Rivera, and usually, I don't even care about her. But what is the big deal about this grammar thing? It is just a normal mistake on Filipino people. In Japan, in Singapore, and other Asian countries, they speak WORSE English, but look how how well-developed their countries are. They are well-organized, well disciplined, and they do not judge someone because of this kind of mistake. Some of their celebrities also speak CRAPPY english, far worse than Filipinos'.

The most hilarious part is how everyone defending her have terrible grammar themselves

Like I said in other channels of this video, its already given that Marian graduated in B.S. Psychology. When Filipinos talk about their course they will say, "isa po akong Accountancy", "isa po akong Psychology", "isa po akong Nursing".
Marian just answered in a more informal way just like when talking to our friends, equals, or people close to us. When we talk to our superiors we talk in a formal way.
I think you have to pass an exam first to be called a Psychologist.

@sheenacastro @sheenacastro DUH! I've been a Filipina for 23 years (hehehe) and I've never heard someone talking that way, i.e. isa po akong - followed by the course.
