I made a mistake guys, I actually got a tongue thrust appliance not a palate expander. Oh well, I will try to be more punctual with my videos, but I just can't seem to keep up. A month goes so fast nowadays. All that aside, I hope you enjoy!

  • Often seeing a oroficial myologist will stop a person from tongue thrusting without using the wire appliance. The oroficial myologist will give you special exercises and training to stop you from thrusting. They will teach you how to place your tongue on your upper palate with the tip of your tongue touching the ridge that is behind your teeth.

  • @Paonk this is what i had, but on the bottom. it sucks, and I'm getting it back on. Ugh. Hate life.
