who sing this song? as i know this song is like Mika Nakashima's song, with the title 'Sakurairo maukoro'. maybe this is korean version from that song.

he got an illness whereby he loses ctrl of the use of his muscles. the older sis his doc. He loves the elder sis, but feel guilty dat he cause the younger sis to be blind (dunno how). after he die, he donate his cornea to her.

I agree! I don't speak Korean, so I tried to understand what is going on by watching it repeatedly. Haha. And of course, the songs are lovely. If you could find a translated version of this video, please share it with us! :)

Hm...can u explain tis video to me..its a lilo confusing...so he had a relationship wid the older lady the whole time? And how did he get sick???

Hello. I'm not sure, actually. I wasn't able to find the video with English subtitles. What I think is, he probably had some incurable disease. I'm not sure if he had a relationship with the older lady, but it seemed that he liked her. She probably did too, but couldn't make up her mind because the younger lady (probably her sister) liked him as well. These are just my guesses after watching the video several times. =)
