  • Raw young coconut milk would be better to use instead of or with flaxseed oil because the saturated fat will protect the oil/fat from going rancid.

  • @emmelinepop He didn't use grains. He used sunflower seeds and flax seeds, dry ground in a coffee grinder. :) xo

  • Suggestion: Try adding caraway seed to the sunflowerseed before mixing with the onion. Caraway aids in healthy digestion and will help your stomach to adjust to the changes you are making in your diet.~Blessings,L.L.

  • So you actually didnt sprout the grains, you just blended them?

  • the flax oil i have is so bitter. I use it as a supplement but I can't imagine using it in a recipe.
