If you want to play smooth you should get i5 2500k or higher. This processor is fantastic and will play this game very well. I have this overclocked to 4.4ghz along with a gtx 560 non ti. Also upgrade to ddr3 4gb. I have tried icenhancer 1.35 with texture pack but still prefer it without. For some reason gta 4 on 1.0.4.0 looks fuzzy.

@KBL1974 the intro u make with vegas ?? ok how do u upload the video ?? cause i want try make video and put the format file of GTA >> .cli clip video of gta and format it but doesnt work need help

@SolidBigBoss89 From within editor, export your video to 720p or 1080p. From there, drag your exported wmv video file into your editor of choice edit it as required. Exported videos can be found in the Rockstar folder in My Documents. That's really all there is to it.

@SolidBigBoss89 Re uploading the video. Once you export and re-edit it (to my understanding), you cannot upload it to Rockstar videos. Just a site like you tube or vimeo.
