it won't let me drag a track to the 'sound effect' track, it makes me drag it as a new track. Meaning I can't use the musical typing. Any idea whats up?

Can U clean a track up with garageband like if the sound that u want is amongst other sounds and u just want to take that from there ..

@7Marley7 not with garageband but with audasity (its a free download) u can separate the left and right channels and their is some videos on youtube that shows u some techniques u can do to get single tracks out of a song but i dont guarentee it will work.
