1995 driving alone north of pescadero someplace and just happened to pull off on a dirt road winding down to the water, parked and could hear something beautiful on the breeze and kept walking and it got louder and there set-up on the lawn of a house overlooking the surf was the mermen serenading very loud for a group of windsurfers who were 50 yards out. have loved them ever since. rock on

YES YES , This Lady has a great style (looks and virtuosity in equal amounts!) This band is one of the most underdiscovered of all time Greats and I only wish the whole world could find them. Jim is one of the BEST EVER. He and Guys like Danny Gatton (R.I.P. my Friend) Elliot Easton (The Cars ) and the dearly departed James Honeyman-Scott (original Pretenders) are some of the most original and inventive Masters of history. Vive-La-Surf !
