this is LYMPHEDEMA and its TREATABLE but incurable.
i feel great sadness for him, i also have congenitial lymphedema and it's kinda rare disease, so that it took 7years to be diagnosed while i'm still living in the city with health insurance.

anyway. please take away all of your stares with curiosity.. please. i've been treated well and i'm treating myself well, living my life well, and i believe he can improve his quality of live as well as i am.. i feel greatly sorry for this poor guy's life that i can't do anything to help him out but praying... if you feel the same, please help your country can provide fair health welfare for all.

saw that guy at a metro station next to where I live. same blanket and sandals. This condtion is not curable and I felt bad for the guy since that is why he doesnt have a steady paycheck probably.

did you seriously video tape this poor guy without him knowing/ cause if you did your an asshole. Its bad enough he has to live with it, but im pretty sure you dont have to go and put it on the internet. thats just low.
