Yeah, he successfully achieved God-like powers that Sephiroth almost had and pretty much ruled and ruined the world for months. Can't think of a more successful FF villain. Of course, good triumphs eventually.

I beleive Emperor Mateus was more successful. He conquered Hell and Heaven, and only at the peak of his power was he felled. Kefka became the god of magic, yes, but failed to destroy all the world, his main goal.

@MurakumoElite but in terms of FF villains i think exdeath from FF5 is a bit better than kefka.he didn't mess around.he was always ahead of the heroes.he killed a party member and other side characters and had a castle made out of nothing but human corpses which is the biggest duengon in the game.and his theme owns.

@MurakumoElite um porkey from mother 3 is worse.he causes the death the main character's mom and older brother.Turns a world that was pure into a currupt world where he is leader.mutates friendly animals,kills the main characters from the last game and cause the worlds ultimate destruction that kills everyone on the earth accept him and the main characters.all because he was bored.and he was able to do all that with no powers.kefka is great but no can top porkey.
