Comparing modern scientific process and theory to medieval superstition is the new standard for false equivalency. It's an interesting to think about how much of what we know about the universe is accurate, but science doesn't claim to know *anything*. Science is theory based upon empirical evidence. Much of it is accepted as fact, but technically even the scientific understanding of gravity is a theory.

Only when the function is the nanotechnology utilized in life forms is it considered to be self made.

No other function exists without having a maker and no other function is nearly as technologically advanced as the function in life form.

An arrowhead is a rock that is recognized has having both a function and a maker.
