A community is a group of people who are brought together by common opportunities and problems, by forces that may be professional or personal. It forms with the intention to add value through collaboration, with members learning from and teaching each other.

Communities take many forms. Lets look at two that youll encounter frequently in Alstom.

A Community of Practice is knowledge-centric, sponsored and structured.

A Social Network is more people-centric and self-organizing from the bottom-up.

Just in a moment i found the 'building a community' part alsmost too long, but you guys have splitted the video in 3 parts, which is quite clever.

    Keep it up!
