July 10, 1991 in El Dorado, Union County, Arkansas, James Roy McAlphin took this young girls life. He beat and shot her at the Whitehall Motel. She used many aliases, and traveled around the country quite a bit. El Dorado Police have not been able to establish her true identity. There were many clues, but all proved to be dead ends.
Please help get her name back; pass this video on to all you know...her loved ones deserve to know what happened to her, and she deserves her name.

  • Call me spoiled and shelted, but I have no idea how girls as young as 11-14 years old run away from home. Whatever she left behind must have been terrible. Too bad it didn't get any better...

  • This particular case deserves a nationally broadcast television special. Two hours in length would be ideal, however we'll settle for one hour. A program on the same level as 'America's Most Wanted': I think the phones would be ringing and her identity recovered in a matter of days. At the same time 'The Doe Network' would get more exposure and maybe those tuning in with missing loved ones could begin to seek closure. This girl's identity is recoverable, all she needs is a dedicated TV special.

  • @chrismacciuss Her morgue photos tell the story of life on the streets. A hard life of physical abuse, drug abuse and homelessness. To me, she looks about 27yrs old. The pockmarks and scars on her face tell part of her life's story. What's really tragic and sad here is that she seems to have no family that cares about her. To have a family who loves and cares for you, for any of us is what is really important: life nurturing. Without a loving family then there is nothing. This girl had nothing.

  • I am 44 years old and I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and back then there were not nearly as many tall girls like us and most girls who are tall like that are that tall by the time they are 12 or 13.Not always but most of the time.I am betting she was like me and was the tallest kid in her elementary school taller than all the boys too. This should be stressed more. That will help peoples memories just that alone..the boys did not start to pass me up until 9th or 10 th grade in most cases.

  • She was still searching looking for someone to love her for who she was from her journal she did not seem hardened to much as she rightfully should have been.I mean she was taking all the blame from the sound of it .She was willing to accept physical and verbal abuse from this guy and she was not smart enough to figure out he had not spoke to her after the fight for a few days until he was horny again and told her just what she wanted to hear. This is heartbreaking!!!!

  • Was she real name ever discovered?

  • I cannot help from feeling an overwhelming sadness at the loss and death of this girl. Where is her Family!? This is so haunting and sad, tears fall at the realization of the loneliness this girl felt and her desperate escape from her past and her desperate pursuit of Love while surviving on the mean streets of life. I think that Lennon said it best: "All you need is love". God Bless.

  • It's sad when people decide to leave and never contact their family again. My Uncle did that and wasn't there when his mother passed away recently. Walking away from your past resolves nothing and leaves many people sad, angry and bitter when they miss the only chance they have to be with a family member before they die. I wish I could say that to so many kids who think they know everything and running away is the answer. Someone loved this girl, even if she didn't think so.

  • The sad part about this girl's story is she is still unidentified even with pictures and a recognizable face. She was probably a runaway and her family probably doesn't even know she is dead and thinks she just doesn't want to contact them. She may have ran away at a young age and looked completely different compared to how she looked when she died. Her family may have seen her a thousand times online and never even knew it was her. That is a sad thing to think about.

  • she looks so so so pretty poor thing wanted to get away from the bad things but just ended back up with bad people =( ~*RIP*~
