Forever [IIL Season 2] Chapter 13

*Railey’s P.O.V.*

Minutes went by, which felt like hours, as I stayed in the same position. Loyd paced back and forth with the unloaded gun. Like I could do anything anyways. He’s taller, not to mention stronger, than me AND I’m freaking pregnant. I didn’t know whether to believe or not, but right now he sounded kind of insane.
“Loyd... why is this your problem? Tori’s just using you and you’re going along with it... don’t be a pushover,” I said. He stopped pacing and looked at me.
“I don’t want to do this.”
“Then don’t!”
“I... I love Tori...” he said. I sighed and rolled my eyes.
“But she doesn’t love you! She’s USING you, Loyd... don’t you see?”
“No,” he said. I scoffed.
“Come on, Loyd. Let me go and I won’t mention a thing to Tori about all this,” I said. He thought.
“I don’t care if you do, but if you DO mention something to her about it... well, how can I say this nicely? I’ll blow a cap down your throat,” he said in a serious tone. I cautiously nodded. He opened the door, but then closed it and laughed.
“You really thought I was going to be nice?” he asked with a grin. I shrugged.
“Well, no... but I was hoping,” I said while plopping back down on the ground. I sighed as more time went by. Still no Nick. Was he really cheating on me... again? If he is... he’ll regret ever meeting me.

*Nick’s P.O.V.*

“Tori, where is Railey?” I asked. She shrugged and kissed me.
“Don’t know. Class?”
“No, she’s usually home by now...” I said while walking towards the door. Tori stepped in front of me.
“She had to stay late for the hours she missed today, didn’t she?”
“Oh, yeah... she did,” I said. She smiled and led me to the couch.
“Now, stop worrying,” she said before starting to kiss my neck. I felt uncomfortable.
“Tori...”
“Nick, relax,” she said while moving to my lips. She softly kissed me, then started to deepen it. A few moments later, her phone went off.
“You might... wanna get that,” I said in between her kissing me. She pulled away and sighed.

*Railey’s P.O.V.*

I listened to Loyd as he had his conversation with Tori over the phone.
“So, how long am I keeping her?” he asked. I sighed. This sucks; big ones. “Mk, whatever. Later,” he said and hung-up.
“When can I go?”
“Now,” he said. I smiled.
“Really?” I hopefully asked.
“Yep, go,” he said while opening the door. I cautiously stepped out and took a quick glance at him.
“You’re not gonna, like... shoot me if I walk away, are you?” I asked. He shrugged.
“Are you gonna tell Tori that I love her?”
“Nope, I never heard a thing.”
“Then no. Later,” he said while pulling a cigarette out and lighting it.
“Okay...” I said to myself. I slowly walked down to our dorm, almost scared to open it. But, I stopped. I got out my phone and called Chynae.
“Hey hey,” she happily said. “What’s up?”
“Chynae, get your camera out. You know how we have a window in our dorm where we can see inside the dorm right beside ours?”
“Um, yeah.”
“Okay, meet me outside our dorm.” I said while hanging up. Two minutes later she came.
“What’s the deal?”
“Nick... I don’t know if he’s cheating but we’re gonna find out; and record it. That way, if he denies it, we’ll know.”
“Oooo, sneaky,” she said. I smirked.
“I know,” I said. He knocked on our neighbors door, which was this really nice girl in my class. She let us in and we explained everything.
“Go ahead,” she said while walking away. We looked into the window only to see Mr. Nick himself, all over Tori; the tramp. We recorded a good five minutes of them making-out, and I must say, every second hurt.
“Railey... I’m sorry,” Chynae said while turning the video camera off. I sighed and shook my head.
“Please, don’t be. Nick’s just a player, and I should of known that. He loves Tori obviously more than he loves me, so let’s just let him have her. I’m done trying to separate them. It’s pointless, useless, and a big waste of my time. It’s just a shame that all those years spent with Nick was just a complete waste,” I said. Chynae gave me a big hug.
“You don’t need Nick. You’ve got me and all your other friends to ALWAYS be there for your, no matter what. And, someday, you’re going to find the right guy for you that will treat you right,” she finished. I smiled and hugged her again.
“Thanks, Chynae... for being such a great friend,” I said. We left the dorm and I knocked on ours. About a minute after knocking, Nick finally answered the door. He had a hickey on his neck, which looked like he had tried to cover up.
“Hey babe,” he casually said, but I could sense the guilt.

There it is. So much drama, so little time! Comments would be nice, since I wrote this instead of studying... =/
