@lkrnpk well yeah, but as a finn it's hard to understand it (since we've been almost always at top6) but good luck to the next championships.

It's probably hard to understand for a Russian, Finn or Canadian who have won many medals and titles but in Latvia's case... well, let's be realistic, maybe top 8 at WC or some OG will be the best result we can achieve but that's ok if there are players whose skill we remember and some surprising results we cannot forget...

@Sephirot1994 It's not about medals but about feelings and players-legends... Also, bear in mind that this team that entered the elite in 1997 was already very old, their prime was at the beginning of 90s when they had to fight through the lower divisions o get to the elite...

I think Latvia will get better now.I'm a Slovak and althought you lost to Slovakia 8:0 in vancouver,you did quite well against Czech republic.Masalskis was unbelievable
