Looks really nice, but if you think about it all they have to do is think up some form and then calculate where each ball has to be to fit into the picture in other words how long the string has to be. After that they just need to connect it to a computer that controls the string lengths. It might be tiresome work doing those calculations, but they didn't need to think up anything revolutionary to make it happen.
Wake me up when they can do this without the strings.
