Hi! I've got a question - Is it worth spending additional money on HD or buy X3 live? I used to have X3 live and now I regret selling it, because when I listen to soundbites of both units, X3 live sound much better to me than HD. So how about dynamics when comparing this units? Is there any vital difference? Thanks for any advices

@Harrysound I was mulling over the possibility of buying an HD500 or GT-10,then I seen an Eleven Rack for cheap(basically same price as the other two mentioned) online fairly close to where I live.Which out of the those three would you prefer and why,if you had to choose.Thanks.

Which wah model did you use?
-
@Harrysound so true
but the HD is much better that the older Pods, not better than guitar rig, but still preety good...
-
rythm layer is quite nice, both Marshall and Park are quite good, but line 6's one is nothing better than in X3live. Still, Pod HD is great unit...

@Maxguitarrista I bought Komplete 7 which has Guitar Rig 4 with it.
Also includes the RAMMFIRE plugin as well as many other plugins that work with guitar rig like Reflektor.
A POD is handy because your not tied to a PC but lets face it the options of something like guitar rig really are endless when you compare the power of your PC vs POD processor .
My POD is now used for quickplay sessions and as a Interface for guitar rig.The POD is the one that keeps crashing though :/

@Harrysound really? what guitar rig do you own?
-
not bad, a bit flat.
I own a POD x3 and don't get me wrong I think they are great but i'm finding after months and months of testing and playing Guitar Rigs amp definately beat anything the pod can do by a long margin.
What did you use for drums?
