That car had power windows for the main window in the door, but the little vent window had the crank. Very common in those days for any car to have that because there is no way to make a rotating vent window a "power window."
On a separate note....TV Land sucks now because instead of showing old shows, it does it's own sitcoms and continuously shows "The Nanny." Could the reason be that she has a new sitcom that will air on TV Land as well? Me thinks so.

TV land has been ruined just like they ruined nike at nite when they were showing very good classic tv shows. Now all either network ever shows is crap.

The hand crank is for the vent window, not the main door window.
Only high end cars like Cadillacs had power switches for both.
Did anyone on this TV Land show exist before the 1980s??

The girls' bio-dad and the boy's bio-mom are both dead. If you watch the whole episode they explain that. It would have been too racy for the time period to have Mike and Carol actually divorced from their first spouses.
