@Uniquelocs Hey, sorry to hear about your blowdry brush giving you trouble. This should not be happening. I bought mine about 3 yrs ago--maybe the quality control is not as tight as it used to be. It's good that you sent it back. Hopefully, the next one will be issue-free. Even though it does get hot, it should not singe the hair. Use a good leave in conditioner. Thanks so much for your comment.

I bought this and tried it today it worked for like 15 minutes , smelled like it was burning so I turned it off. It did not turn back on and some of the bristles were melted. LOL , I now have to exchange it to get another one and I called the manufactor and they said this is a common problem with some of them. So I am hoping the new one I get is not defective. FYI for the small section that I did blowdry it was very straight , so if the next one is not defective I should be ok . :)
