This is where I disagree Tony Romo isn't that great not even good (opinion). Romo threw 19 Int's tied with Drew Brees for the most in the NFL, but he has 43 TD to add to it while Romo only adds 28. You can't have successful seasons with that many giveaways from 1 position it's entirely too high so I say we need to trade him if we can because that's not the production you need from someone due to have a payday like he is. Lastly Ware was injure last game lets not loose sight of that. Respnse?

Again I don't think Garrett is the right coach either but Romo had a really good coach in Sean Payton but hasn't got it done in addition those teams were much better than the team we have now but it seemed as if he was always involved in the last play to fail just sayin. But now that fact we don't have the best Oline and IMO we have a bad Head Coach we can't pin everything on Romo but it seems as if he and all his fans make excuses for him. Great QBs don't blame everyone else and use excuses.

Never said did I say Orton was better all I said was I would've like to see him in the game sometimes especially while Romo was struggling. Now I see it is impossible to be objective of Romo because they're too many stat watching fans, while just look at games the fact of the matter is that he always struggled late in the season but Romo fanatics don't see that. Personally IDC how good your numbers are and how many regular season games you win if when your needed most in big games you disappear.

Romo is still a better option and at first the Defence was good and the offence was bad and it turned around as the season progressed.Orton did all that in the past more recentlly he has been bad. If you think that Orton is better then you must wipe your ass with sandpaper instead of toilet paper

We don't know what would've happened with Orton as QB, so don't speak on it Orton is a quality QB who has had success in the past. Those Bears teams he was on was not very talented on offense but he still was productive they didn't give the ball away and put their defense in a position to have success and again our defense had success in the beginning but was put in bad situations as the season went on.

Continuation: Lets get this straight on Romo once and for all Romo season after season will have sparkly numbers but has always fail late in the season excluding the 08' season if we did not already have a playoff birth clinch by the last 4 games we don't make the playoffs this is why I'm critical of Romo, for whatever reason he's all but allergic to December I think you have to have a team who can compensate for his late season struggles for him to ever win a Superbowl.

With Orton our offencewould punt alot moreand he did haveaot of ints this season but thats a big number compared to past seasons. He really dosent have alot of turnovers. Plus The Cowboys would not be a good team without Romo. Did anybody do more for their team than Romo last season?

So giving the ball away is efficient? Don't get me wrong I think Romo is a very talented QB he just not an upper echelon QB simply put he has great ability but he's too inconsistent when it counts. Now Orton I think would've been better for our team last year because our defense started out strong but began to wear down as they were on the field more because of early turnovers, Orton is a QB that would have managed games better in some cases instead of giving it away, punts are better than Ints.

Well stats will tell you he is an efficent QB and can put a team on his back. We were dead last in rusing last season and managed a 8-8 record. Nobody will remember the second halfmoments and the comebacks. The Cowboys were a second half team and did better the second half of the season but all youll remember is an interception that most QBs would have made

He's been in the NFL for 9 years stop with the Undrafted FA pls we're past this point now many people are passed on in the draft. Secondly so Pro Bowls are important to you more than playoff wins. thirdly Our Running backs hardly ever last full seasons. also Romo's goto receivers has always been Witten and we have talented and capable backups other QBs that are look at as elite make thier WRs better not the other way around so I have to disagree about him being a "Great QB".
