@privateclem They have not been studied enough to know their wild lifespan but the oldest in captivity was 19 years. the wild ones have a lot of hazards and illness so probably don't live that long.

Yes it's fully prehensile. They can hang from it. Pua uses her tail a lot when wrestling to grab onto her opponent.

@Rjmorg She's nocturnal and sleeps extra late in winter so can be a pest sometimes but she loves to play ans snuggle. Some of them are destructive.

does she demonstrate sometimes aggression against other animals or humans?
with such claws anteaters look dangerous

@nosorog91 No she's not aggressive. With the other pets it's strictly self defense and getting away from them is her first choice. She just fights with other anteaters.
